Fashion jewelry tarnishes when exposed to moisture/liquids, oils, salts and acids (which our skin can naturally transfer) as well as direct sunlight. To avoid further tarnishing, we recommend to keep the jewelry in a dry and dark place when it is not being worn.

In order to prevent the fashion jewelry from tarnishing, here are some tips you can share with your customers:

  • Always remove jewelry before washing.
  • Avoid applying perfume or cosmetics on/near the jewelry.
  • After removing the jewelry, thoroughly wipe each piece with a dry clean cloth.
  • Store fashion jewelry in a case or jewelry box to avoid any excess contact with moisture.
  • Do not leave jewelry in direct contact with the sun or strong lighting.

Ordering Information

  • Minimum order per season is $250
  • Minimum re-order is $100
  • For items under $10, the minimum order quantity per style, per colour is 2 pcs

Billing And Shipping Information

Our website is simply an ordering tool. Once you finalize your order, it is sent to Jackie J Fashion Inspiration for processing. No payments may be made directly on the website.

Processing is completed within 7 business days. However, a delay may occur if the item is not in stock.

Once the order is assembled, you are contacted for payment information before shipping.

Should you require a specific ship or cancel date, additional shipping alternatives and costs may apply. Please ensure to include all inquiries in the “Special Instructions” box upon check out.

  • All orders incur in 2 shipments. The initial shipment, contains the majority of the order whereas the second (the backorder) contains the remaining items and is delivered 2-3 weeks after the initial shipment.
  • Orders are not  shipped complete unless instructed to do so.
  • Shipping costs apply depending on your location, weight and size of the box. 
  • Payment is processed only in accordance with the goods that are shipped.
  • For Canadian customers, delivery is made with Planet Courrier.
  • For US customers, a freight forwarder is located in Champlain, NY. From there, UPS will deliver orders across the US.

Return Policy

Please ensure all merchandise is inspected once you receive your order. If you notice a damaged or defective item upon receipt of your order, Jackie J Fashion Inspiration will replace and/or repair within 30 days of the shipment.

Return Procedures

An RA# is mandatory for all returns. You may call or email our Customer Service department to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. Please ship all returns to Jackie J Fashion Inspiration by regular post in a plain envelope (with tape around the borders) to the address stated on your invoice with your RA#. Once we receive the merchandise, we will gladly replace/repair the item.

Please note: Damaged items without an RA number will not be accepted.
